The Nike Free 3.0 is the most advanced of the Nike Free series and requires the most foot strength to be able to maintain the barefoot-like running without injury.As this shoe allows the muscles in the foot to gain strength by providing less constriction, runners are advised to gradually break into the shoe rather than immediately running long distances as to prevent muscle cramps and other discomforts.
This shoe really fits like a glove,Underfoot, it feels pretty close to the ground, but still well-cushioned despite its weight. It feels like it has slightly more cushioning in the forefoot than the Brooks T4 Racer thanks to the "raised waffle" midsole/outsole design.
